TreeMaker 1.3 Final

Some tidying up and refactoring of some functionality, especially as concerns the exporting of monotypic genera.

Changelog

• The packaging of all distributions has been changed to simple zip files.
• After some (justified) confusion about exporting trees and how singleton nodes and distances can be handled, the Settings dialog has been reorganized and the section in the manual to more clearly communicate what can happen. (Thanks to Bethan Purse and Susanne Schultz.)
• The Distance field in the Settings dialog now traps more valid values.
• The source has been released for any interested parties.

Pending

• It appears to still be possible to give two tips the same name.
• The "Export" menu may be active even when there is no document open.
