The installer now works ...

The distribution for previous eggified versions of rst2beamer was broken, due to setuptools not installing the source file. From this I wonder:

• Why no one saw fit to comment on this for months until James Heggarty did. (Thanks James)
• The setuptools documentation is incomplete in this respect.

Changes:

• Fixed manifest so source included (facepalm)
• Changed setup.py to get single-file module to install
• Expanded documentation.
