Rebuilding

The site will be off the the air for a few days.

The time has come for the site software to be updated. Having staggered from Plone 2.0.4 all the way to 2.5.2 and survived near-encounters with several buggy packages along the way, the site has accumulated a set of un-endearing behaviors and bugs. Thus, the solution is to do a clean install and reload all content. This should occur by April 21.
